Blank Web Page

Hello. I am having browser trouble that I hope this group can help with. When
accessing certain web pages, the main section of the page cannot be accessed.
An example is the site www.mediazone.com. The left hand and top navigation
bars show up, but the entire center section of the page is blank. When I look
at the source code, it says only <HTML></HTML>. This is happening on another
site I need to access frequently for work, where the left hand navigation
bars are present, but the center section is blank and cannot be accessed. Can
someone help me resolve this?

Note: I don't believe is specific to IE, as the same issue occurs when using
Firefox.

Thank you.

Hi,
The fact that both browsers are affected hints that another program is
blocking javascripts/scripting. Check the configuration of your firewall,
anti-virus or other security-type programs.

To rule out the possibility that IE is causing this, go to Internet Options>
Security> Internet Zone and click on Default. Or, you could put
*.mediazone.com in Trusted Sites.

Thanks, Don. I have reset IE back to all default settings, my firewall is
turned on and my Norton anti-virus is set to default as well. Do you know how
I can change the settings related specfically to ?javascripts/scripting"? I'm
not sure what to do at this point but it's still not working for me. Thanks!

Two customers of ours are having the same problem.
The opening page of our web site www.trelectronic.com has two frames. The
left hand frame has an expanded navigation menu bar generated with javascript
using "NAMO Web Editor ver. 6.0".
With the exception of these two people everyone (including NAMO Tech
Support) can see the bar with XP or XP Professional.
This has to be a Security or Internet connection setting but we have been
unable to find it.
Other computers on the same network as the two exceptions have no problems.
If anyone can help with this problem I would be most appreciative.
