Blank screen / Blacked out buttons on a RDP connection via Thinclient T5500

Hi,

We have setup several new HP T5500 Thinclient applicances onto two of
our supporting domains.

We have on the odd occasion on both domains where the users has
complained of having Blackked out buttons or the screen going blanked
completely...

Previous to this we have had no problems with running the RDP sessions
on standard PC's - but now we have installed the Thinclient machines
there has been no end of erroring...

We have upgraded the BIOS as recommended by HP support, but still to no
avail...

Grunta,

I guess that unless you wanted to contact HP regarding the issue, you would need to give us more details about the problem.
At least a stable repro case would help.

Also, check RDP version on the client. There has been an upgrade to RDP 5.2 QFE.
