Blank Page Precedes Report Preview and Print

I am running Windows 2K and Office 2K.

I created an Access report and it is used in a command button mode. When
I run it things go as expected and the one page report prints. When the
other people in my group try to do the same thing, they get a blank page
with the footer printing on it which says Page 1 of 2. I looked at their
systems and they are running Office XP and Access 2002. I see no other
difference. I have looked into forced page and other thing but I see
nothing to tip me off. Could there be a constraint (feature???) that
bites me when I create on Access 2000 and run Access 2002 to view a
report? I have not compared other printed reports yet. Any help appreciated.

TIA,

Carl Mankat

Carl;
Are they using the same printer?
If they are than I am Confused also.
If Not Check the printer to set what setup controls it
has.
Some printers will not print any more than 63 lines a
page.
The problem shows on the two printers we have and when you do Preview
Report you see a blank page then too.
Is your report based on a query or table?
It's based on a Query. I shy away from tables for forms or reports
If it is a Table I am Confused.
If a query is there a criteria entered in a form to
select specific records. I have seen this on some
networks in XP. Something tells their printer to clear
the buffer. In doing this some printers will print a
blank page, but usually both pages say Page 1 of 1.
I populate a report with the data that is in a form which is activated.
I've seen some things different on XP as opposed to Office 2000 too.
If forced Page is not set this makes it easier. So
that helps.

Is Report Header set to Visible = NO or Visible =
Yes. This usually helps clear the buffer in some printers.
Not sure, I'll check
