Blank messages sent when sending new or replying to emails on Outl

Some messages send with text and subject lines that I've typed are delivered
to the recipients as completely blank emails. This happens randomly and
Outlook has been reinstalled. User has office 2000 with Outlook 2003.

Another problem is the message I have continued to get several times a day
from Outlook...."Unable to load personal free busy data. The calendar could
not be found."

Thanks,

Hi Oscar,

does the Outlook 2003 installation is including all Service Packs?

I know the problem with blanc emails and in addition the "free/busy" message
often in Outlook 2003 if you don´t have all actual service packs installed.

Hi Oscar
In addition to what Oliver advised, you should check to see if you have
checked the box to use Word as your email editor in Outlook since there would
be a conflict between the versions. I would hazard a guess that your
recipients who receive blank emails don't use Outlook? Also check your
default format, ensure it's not Microsoft Outlook rich text since that is
Outlook specific as well.
As for your Free/Busy issue, have you tried opening Outlook with the
/cleanfreebusy switch?

Thanks Oliver, we installed service pack 2 for office 2003 but this did not
fix the problems. Wi'll check and see if word is the email editor for
Outlook and rich text. The recipients who receive the blank emails are using
the same version of Outlook as this happens with Clients and within the
company. Thanks, Oscar
