Blank Message Body

I noticed many users having a similar problem as I do. This is the situation:

Recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. It now turns out I cannot see the message body from e-mails in my INBOX that have been sent to me in "Plain" format (I can see RFT and HTML). However, they are visible in Preview Pane. If I manually change the message (via EDIT, FORMAT) to HTML, the message appears. If I start up Outlook in safe mode, the problems seems to be gone as well. Detect and Repair doen not help. Reinstalling Outlook does not help.

Who's got any idea how to fix this ??

Has ANYONE found a solution to Blank Message Bodies in Outlook 2003?? I
just installed the program over outlook XP and noticed that all of my email
went out with a blank message body. I didnt discover this until replies
came in and i looked in my SENT folder. Knowledge base from MS has
nothing on it

I'm just as lost, I've upgraded two machines from office xp to office
2003 and lost all the bodys to saved and new messages ? MS website
was no help, and I've not see anyone fix the problem on the newsgroups
yet.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this ??

I am also experiencing the same problem. Using XP Pro OS w/Outlook +
Exchange (set to cached msg mode), I just upgraded from Office XP ->
Office 2003, let it run its course, uninstalling all of my old
software, then updated at the MS site.

It carried over all my settings, then, while scanning through messages
I panickedly realized that all outgoing messages (which I'm set to
send plaintext) are showing up with no message body. Here's the
twist: I can't see the message bodies of any emails using Outlook
2003, but if I connect to Exchange using Outlook Web Access, I can see
the body of any email I didn't originally send out using the new
Outlook. So - it's something in Outlook that is causing the snafu.

Please tell me someone knows what's up?

The same thing is happening to me. Have upgraded from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 and now not only message body but sometime the From line and subject are missing. Using Outlook with Exchange 5.0. I have 3 out of 10 work stations acting this way. If I connect the users to an old machine using Outlook XP all the message appear correctly

Have seen a few messages about this with no help yet from anyone
