Blank Emails Received

Can anyone tell me why I'm receiving blank emails (no subject, body, to and from) in Outlook 2003? I have about 20 people running Office 2003 experiencing the same issue. Office XP users aren't complaining. Symantec claims this to be spam. If I check the options of the blank email, it'll display an IP address which is always different when a new one arrives. Also, is there a way to filter this with a rule? I've tried with no success since I can't filter "blank emails".
