Black Screen

I can play all my clips in Movie Maker, but as soon as I want to make a
storyboard with these clips, they turn black and I can only hear the audio...
I've tried different options to fix this, like updating Windows XP, but
nothing helped. Can anyone please help me 'cause it's driving me crazy...

Here's a possibility:

From: Rehan
Movie Maker 2.1...
Audio but no Video...

It may be because the DV codec in your
system has gone astray...

Execute the following batch file to fix it:
