Bizzare contacts

I work in an office with about 10 users. We maintain about 1,500 client
contacts in a public folder contact file so we all can access it.

One of our workstations (running XP Pro and Outlook 2007 BCM) displays an
out-of-date version of the public folders contacts. How do I fix this?

Diane:

F9 doesn't fix it. It's almost like it got frozen with an old copy of the
contacts.

Are they using cached mode and caching the folder contents? Have you tried
hitting shift+F9 while viewing the folder?
