Bitmap issues.

How dumb is that, I didn't include my email address?
Anyway, using XP Pro, "My Picutures" folder no longer
allows me to save pictures in jpeg anymore. It only saves
as Bitmap, this really sucks. Anyone know how to return
my system to giving me options on saving images again.
