big problem with hotfix/hd space

hi yeah umm i have a bunch of hotfixes listed in my
add/remove programs and they each take up 312mb of
space...can i delete old hotfixes if im running really
really low on hard drive space and does the newest one
fix all the same problems that the old ones do??

i need to know this

312MB is the TOTAL of all of the hotfixes.

No it does not. Each is specific in what it does.

Buy another HD. They are cheaper than mucking up your PC.
