Big Partition (900gb) with Windows XP Home

I bought a RAID 5 system with 4 SATA Hard disk of 300gb each. I would like
to configure it as 900gb primary NTFS partition for my data on Windows XP
home. Somebody already did it? Is there any problem with performance or
stability with big partition like this? Is there more chance that a file
system corruption occur? Is there any other problem can occur?

This partition will have many small files. I already had a problem with a
200gb partion with about 200000 files. The file system got corrupt 3 times
in 6 month. But I think it is the hard disk is defect. But I don't want
that append again.

Thank you!

it could be theoretically possible however I think it would be safer to have
smaller partitions...

I just set up a 1TB RAID0 array (500gb x 2) on a friend's computer in XP-Pro
and it works fine. No reason to believe XP-H wouldn't perform as well.
