BHO's

I've developed a simple BHO using vc++ 6.0. My problem is
that after i run the installer (which only copies my dll
into the user's machine and registers it), the first time
i run IE (6.0) the bho is not loaded. Only the second time
it works. I'm aware of the IE 5 bug that loads only one
bho, but this is not my problem since my bho is the only
one in the bho list (in the registry), and it still
doesn't load the first time.
I imagine that this is a some sort of caching problem, but
i'm not sure.
Does anyone know how this things work? How can i bypass
this problem?

It indicates that you must reboot to get your BHO seen by the operating
system.

Even Microsoft's updates must be rebooted to be active.

I wish it was just a reboot .. I posted here because i
suspect IE loads its bho's only when the application
starts, without having anything to do with a system
restart. I just wanted to know if that's true, and if it
is, if there's a way to bypass this problem.

Maybe some one can give you some clues now that this has been investigated.
