beta startup problem

when i start microsoft beta i always have to go throught the setup process.
EVERYTIME. Has anyone else had this problem and what causes it?

This sequence has fixed it for others:

1) uninstall Microsoft Antispyware
2) delete \program files\microsoft antispyware and all sub-folders
You will lose access to quarantined items, history, and custom settings.
3) reinstall Microsoft Antispyware.
