Beta Spyware

I recently installed the beta version of Micro Soft's
Spyware. It seems to be running fine and doing
everything, but after each scan it says it has not
scanned the cookies on my system. I can't seem to figure
out how to make it scan the cookies; clearly, it has that
ability, but it's just not configured to do it. Any
suggestions from anyone on how I can fix this? Thanks
for any and all help.

Microsoft Anti-Spyware I assume?
At this point it does not scan cookies, which are not dangerous anyway.

Just to reiterate what Frank Saunders has posted--this build of Microsoft
Antispyware does not scan for cookies. There is UI visible related to
cookie scanning because the Giant product upon which this product is based,
had that ability.

Microsoft will release another beta version of this program at some point
and has stated that cookie-related functionality is "under consideration"
for inclusion in such a later release.
