beta 2 technical update

I have been running the first beta for a while and
learning to deal with the issues that it has. When I
tried to run the beta 2 and the BMC upgrade, I lost all my
data. I restored to my previous settings, but would like
to upgrade to the latest version. I have exported my bmc
data as described on the web. It mentions that you will
lose the history log. Is there going to be a way to
upgrade without losing all this information? Is the
history log they are referring to where all the contact
information is stored (phone calls, notes, etc?) Thanks

The BCM opportunities and history are not available after the upgrade, because of database changes. You may, however, be able to get to that information by linking the database with Access.
