Best Quality for Playback on my Computer

The recommended for my computer comes up as 3 MB/minute, 512 kb/sec, 320 x
240, and 30 fps. If I go to a higher setting, like: Video For Local Playback
2.1, or 1.5, and 640 x 480, will I be successful in capturing? I think the
choice is figured out for you by the CPU speed and RAM. My system CPU is 1.2
GB, 512 RAM. As a follow up, what is the minimum CPU speed and RAM for the
highest capture of the 2.1 Mbps?

Hello,

Fore some reason, I cant insert titles into my projects. I went as far as to
uninstall then reinstall XPSP2, and the problem continues. What else can I
do?

There seem to be two things worth saying...

1) Try the capture at the setting you actually want and see whether it works
for yourself.

2) Movie Maker does not make recommendations....you are provided with a drop
down dialog from which you make a Choice.
