Best Position for a PC Subwoofer

Where is the best position for a pc subwoofer might i ask...

mine sits under the desk

On the floor, out the way, under the desk, that's where mine are.

Bass is not directional, as long as you can hear/feel it, it's OK.

my subwoofer is approx 13 feet away from my pc tower

i always like a good distance

If i get this Logitech Z5500 at 500 Watts... It wont make any difference where it goes... The Next Street... Just Hoping that it hasnt to much Bass for a small room...

I used to have a subwoofer under the desk but its a corner desk with full wooden sides and this seem to make the bass far to strong
