"Best" fax server software for Win2000/2003 server

Hello.

I have clients who have Win2K servers, and want to have
fax server capabilities so each user can send and receive
faxes to/from their workstations. I'm not sure what
programs work best with Win2k/2k3 servers, or if the fax
server software that comes default with the OS is
adequate. Can anyone expound on these questions please?
