I'm looking for the best free DVD copying software that operates under Vista ultimate. Any suggestions (all legal, by the way)

thanks!

Nero is not free, and it's not the best either.

DVD Shrink works great, and is free.

I am 64 Bit Ultimate & Nero 7 Essentials doesn't work on that so I use
Cheetah which also burns 8.5 Gb DVD's. Unsure if Nero 8 works because it's
full of adverts through feeds

DVD Shrink is for copying discs removing macro protection & region settings.
If you do a lot of pirate films then this is why it's used

Roxio is simple to use but I have never liked this software but each to
their own I suppose. Have always used Nero until 64 bit Ultimate

Maybe have a look on a site called 'CD Freaks'
(http://www.cdfreaks.com/software/). They have a wide range of software
there which also has reviews

Ashampoo - seriously it's free and I've used it since BETA Longhorn... great
product.

The best DVD copying software isn't available for Windows. You need
Linux for Brasero.

What is wrong with Roxio or Nero? Oops, you haven't heard of them because
you use that piece of shit Ubuntu.

I've used both of them since 1997. Compared to Brasero, they suck.
The person has Vista and probably applications that run under Vista. Your
****ed up response is to use an inferior OS, trash Vista because you don't
know about Nero or Roxio?

See above and then apologize if you're man enough (you're not).
You are just a garden variety troll. Remember Ubuntu is FREE and NOBODY
wants it. Imagine a FREE OS that NOBODY wants.
Liar.

Get over it

Get over what, your lies?

Don't know the product because I don't use Ubuntu. I use what works for the
OS I have.

Brasero worked for the following:

Windows 7

XP SP 3, both Spanish and English.

Brasero does not have a set speed to copy or burn like Roxio and Nero
do; it changes depending on the file it's copying or burning.
