Best book on Frontpage 2003?

I am a novice and need help learning Frontpage 2003. Can anyone recommend a
great book? I've heard that "Frontpage 2003: The Missing Manual" by Jessica
Mantaro is good. Anyone know of it?

There is not that much out there that really explains how to build a site
from scratch. While I liked the 'missing manual' book, particularly its
explanations of the pros and cons of the different choices one can make, it
doesn't really cover design workflow. I would like someone to say... first
you develop your site structure, then you put together a theme, then you put
together a style sheet, etc, etc (can you tell I have no idea what I'm
talking about). My difficulty is not knowing the best place to start. My
site is pretty simple so I'm not too worried, but once it's live it will be
promoted to my clients and potential clients and other than changing and
adding content, I don't want to have to have to re-configure it later on.

You would probably find that kind of information (how to get started) in
either "Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 Inside Out" (Jim Buyens) and
"Special Edition Using Office Microsoft FrontPage 2003" (Paul Colligan & Jim
Cheshire), but you may also want to check out some general web design books.
If you have a Barnes & Noble or Borders nearby, take a few hours and peruse
their shelves - you'll probably find something there.
