Belarc Advisor reports missing updates

Hello.

When I run Belarc Advisor to inspect the configuration of my HP DX2000
P4 Win XP (Dutch) SP2, it reports
a couple of missing Microsoft security hotfixes.
These are KB931768-IE7 and KB931768 and I've tried downloading and
installing them manually, to no avail.
Is this a serious issue or a minor quibble?
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Kind regards & thanks in advance, Niek

doesn't matter
what that program
claims.

you should go to
microsoft updates
website and let
microsoft tell you
what your windows
o.s. needs....

Does Windows Update offer you 931768?http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

At windowsupdate.microsoft.com it says there are no new updates
available for my computer and when I go to
settings>configuration>software and enable the display of installed
updates, I see KB931768 is listed as an installed update.
Belarc Advisor also says it's installed, but still indicates there is
something wrong with it.
I have a couple of screenshots here to show the issue as Belarc
Advisor reports it:
http://www.ibbu.nl/~nsprakel/belarc0.jpg
http://www.ibbu.nl/~nsprakel/belarc1.jpg
http://www.ibbu.nl/~nsprakel/belarc2.jpg

In the screenshots, there is a green checkmark for KB931768 (and
KB931768-IE7), but the unlocked icon seems to indicate something is
wrong with it despite of that.
Is IE7 installed? Is it an English-language version or a Dutch-language
version?

I have the Dutch version of IE7 installed.

I'd trust Windows Update (and Add/Remove Programs) before I'd trust Belarc
Advisor on this one.

To make sure everything's OK:

1. Close IE.

2. Open Add/Remove Programs > Make sure Show Updates box is checked
(top-right).

3. Scroll down to and uninstall "Security Update for Windows Internet
Explorer 7 (KB931768)" by clicking on the REMOVE button. Follow all
prompts.

4. Reboot.

5. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and allow the initial scan/check
to complete. You may be prompted to install some new software; please do
so.

6. Select the CUSTOM button and scan again.

7. Assuming 931768 is the only critical update offered, opt to install it.
Follow all prompts.

8. Reboot the machine.
