BeforeNavigate2 only fires once....

According to Visual Studio 2003 Help files "In Internet Explorer 6 or
later, the BeforeNavigate2 event fires only before the first navigation made
in code. It does not fire when a user clicks a link on a Web page."

So what does fire?

Nevermind.....the help file is incorrect. This event DOES fire when the
user clicks links in the webbrowser control.

I take that back.....the older BeforeNavigate event fires every time, but MS
says to stop using it....so evidentally it is on the way out.

I need to intercept each web page before it is rendered. Any suggestions?
