BE Database

I'm a relatively new user of Access (coming from the land of Paradox) and am
just finishing the FE of a small 5 table database. While doing this I've
been working on copies of the Paradox tables that are still being used. Now
that I'm nearing completion, I want to bring over the most recent data from
the Paradox tables into my BE.

What's the best way of doing this?

Thanks.

Select the menu option File\Get External Data\Import. When the dialogue
box opens, at the bottom in the 'Files of Type' box select "Paradox (*.db)".

Then follow the prompts.

Thanks - That's what I did to get the files into an Access database in the
first place last week with no problems. I've worked up the forms and reports
I want in the database and then split it. If I re-import the current Paradox
data into the BE does it overwrite the tables that are there and still
maintain links to the FE?
