bcc: Send to a blind list AND show a Department Name in the To: field

I have several distribution lists. I want to send e-mails to these lists
but I do not want the recipients to see the other names and the e-mail
addresses. I know that I can send the list by inserting the distribution
list in the bcc: box. When I do this, it appears that every user sees the
first name and e-mail on the list.

1. How do I get it to show the individual recipient's name only?

2. How do I get the To: line on each e-mail to show the name of the list,
e.g. Bakers, Candlestick Makers, etc.?

No, they shouldn't see anything if it's truly in BCC. Have you verified
this? Have you put *some* address (e.g., yours) in the To field? You should.

Mail merge to electronic mail...

You can't if this is a distribution group in an Outlook contacts folder, as
far as I know.

This would require a mail merge with Word.

IF a mail merge is not on your horizon, create a contact with your email
address and an appropriate display name to put into the TO: field.
