Basing the values in a drop down list from a value in InfoPath

Hello,
I don't know if this is the best place to post my question but here goes:
I have two drop down lists in InfoPath (with which I'm not that familiar).
One list is based on tblMentors and one list is based on tblMentees. If the
user picks a name from the tblMentors box in InfoPath, then the box based on
tblMentees should only show a list of people who are mentored by the person
in the first box. I don't know how to grab a value from Infopath and put it
into Access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
