Basic Server Maintenance

I am a new MS W2K server admin coming from a Novell
environment. I have a question about server
maintenance. What do I need to do to keep servers clean
and running well (defrag, etc)??? The only thing that is
currently being done is defragging, but I am sure that
there are other thigs that I can do!?!

Actually defraging in w2k is not a good idea...especially if you have
exchange 2000 on that machine

The 2K servers are application servers in our Novell
network....so no exchange, iis, etc.
