Banner Ad manager or Microsoft GIF Animator

AM i better off using the Baner ad manager or Gif animator for an online
slideshow presentation when someon logs onto my web sites? wich one has the
quikest loading time and I understand A banner ad manager will not appear on
all computers unles they have a java virtual machine? so therefor does Gif
animator appear on all and any computer?

GIF format is support by all browsers. Have you considered using Flash?
