Bandwidth

I have DSL Bellsouth , a Linksys WRT54GS Router and a Sony Network IP Camera
all is working fine.
The question is about bandwidth, if somebody accesses My camera say all day
will it use up My bandwidth.
I hear all the time on forums that their bandwidth has been used up, what do
they mean by this.
A call to Bellsouth Tech couldn't tell Me anything , put I think it was the
person I was talking to and not tech support in general.
Thank
Ronnie

Some ISPs have a limit of how much "traffic" a user can use per month - say
20GB of uploads and/or downloads per month. Looking at BellSouth Terms and
Conditions, and the Service Agreement therein, I don't see any mention of
any usage limit:

Another bandwidth issue could arise if several people can access your camera
at one time, thus using most of your current bandwidth (traffic in/out at
kb/sec) so that when you go to use the net, it'll seem very slow
concurrently.
