Bandwidth monitoring with statistics

Hi all,

Does anybody know of a freeware bandwidth monitoring program which can also
provide statistics for bandwidth usage over a period of time (so I can keep
track of my ISP's allowed bandwidth usage per month)...

I use NicMeter which works if you are using broadband through a network
interface card. It's freeware, has various text/graph display modes and
logging by day/week/month. The web page is www.nicmeter.com but the
