balnk email attachment received

we are using exchange server 2003 and outlook 2003. this problem not occured
always but it do existing there, very strange

some of the customer send email to us, and attach the mail item , when we
received it, open the mail item attachment, the from/to/subject field , even
the body message field, all are blank.

Did you get a solution to your issue? I have what seems to be an identical
problem. I am able to reproduce it which is good, but the blank attachment
(forwarded email that has an attachment) always comes across as a 64 b file.
