bad video quality

When i import an existing video to movie maker it looks like normal, but once
i put it into the timeline it becomes blurry and he video quality is gretly
decreased. Am i doing something wrong?

It's usually better once you save it as a movie sir. But I bet the quality
goes down at least a little in the end.
