Backuping cemail.vol on WM 5.0?

Hello

How can I backup cemail.vol on a WM 5.0-Device? I cannot access/copy the
file cause it is "in use"
I tried to kill all processes which are not needed to run the device but
still had no access to it...

Any hints?
