backup outlook 2007 accounts

I have outlook 2007 pro running on Vista Ultimate. I have eight email
accounts and need to move them from one profile that is local (administrator)
to a domain user account on the same machine (domain admin). In 2003 office
I would use the "Save office settings" to backup and restore the accounts.
However, this appears to have been removed in 2007. Also, I am unable to
copy the local profile to the domain profile.

Please help

The replacement for the tool are in Windows.
Either the Windows Vista Easy Transfer Wizard or the User State
Migration Toll 3.0 are available.
