"Backup" option os not showing up in File menu as the instructions

The troubleshooting says I have not installed the utility, but I have
installed and uninstalled several times. When I hit "repair" on the
add/remove programs it says it can not find the file. I don't know what else
to do!! Can anyone help?

Assuming your refering to backup addin

The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with
the following steps.

1. Exit Outlook.
2. On the Start menu click Run
3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the
location on your computer.

4. After running the command line start Outlook.
