backup my address book

I use Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1

I have three login accounts and I am the administrator. There are three
separate address books created by three different login members.

How do I backup the three separate address books?

Thank you for your suggestion.

I assume with three separate login accounts, contacts are created
independantly from each other and backing up should be done on all three
accounts separately.
