Hi all,
With Outlook Express, I've grown accustomed to backing up the folder
that contains the .dbx files, ie:
C:\Documents and Settings\{USER}\Local Settings\Application Data
\Identities\{GUID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\
So I was expecting that I would simply do the same with the Windows
Mail folder -- ie, that I would now back up:
C:\Users\{USER}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\
But now it seems Windows Mail stores each message as a separate file,
and I have almost 100,000 files!
Is it not reasonable to use backup apps like Second Copy or SyncToy to
back up such a Windows Mail folder?
Thanks, -Scott
