Backing Up to CDRW in Windows XP pro

How can you back-up data to a rewritable CD if the back-up
utility in Windows XP does not provide you with this
choice of media.

XP's native (standard) CD Recording program does not permit backing up data
directly to a CD. You must create a new folder on your hard drive, perform
a backup to that folder, then record the contents of that folder to a CD.
