Background printing has stopped working.

I have an Access report that prints out some fields with a Yellow background.
Now it won't print out any background color.

I printed stuff in Word just to make sure that feature was working and it was.
Note: Not even print preview shows the Yellow background in Access. I have
run this report many times before. HP does update the software for this
printer HPPSC 1410 ALL-IN-ONE. But why should the other programs work and
suddently Access does not, especially since it did before.

Select the report in the Access db window
From the file menu choose File -> Page Set Up
On the page tab, select to use a specific printer and select your target
Click the printer's properties/print preferences and on the Paper/Quality
tab, set it to print in color.
Click through the OK buttons
Redo step 1 and then on the Page tab, select to use the default printer.
