Back Up for Windows XP Home Edition, why is it not working?

I got the back up file off my cd. I formatted my floppy, followed all the
instructions and it read something like this, and I quote,"Genetic Volume
Shadow Copy. The software you are installing for this hardware, has not
passed windows logo testing to verify compatibility with windows xp.
Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the
correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future.
Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact
the hardware vendor for software that has passed windows logo
testing."(unquote) I thought all I was doing was taking files from my
computer and putting them on a floppy so when I perform my format all my
files are still intact, I'm not adding hardware. Have I done something wrong?
It wants me to continue anyway or stop installation, what should I do?
