Windows XP Back up and Transfer From Outllook Express to my new machine

Hey -
I am running windows xp and am currently using outlook express. I am looking to transfer my address book, contacts, folders, and stored emails from outlook express on my old computer and how to restore them on my new computer . I have tried advice previously posted on this site. Any help would be most appreciated.

Which operating system and mail client are you using on your new PC, is it also XP and Outlook Express?
