[b]Limit access for a specific local user on a local comuter

Can someone help me out
This computer is not joining any domain.
OS WinXP
I need to have one admin user with full access.
The limited user are only going to run a specific program.

Tried to use gpedit but it gives limited access for all users.

Im confused, you say "This computer is not joining any domain." and
then go on about editing the local user policies, are you actualy
trying to add this computer to a Domain?

No i’am not going to add this computer to a Domain.
Thats why i tried to use gpedit.

I have two users on one computer.
One is administrator with full access when you have to do some
changes, installation etc.
The other user that is running som specific tasks on the computer,
shall have limited access.

ah, I see, I though that you where infering that you have 2 or more
domains and it was refusing to join any of them, but what you realy
ment was exacly what you said.

You can implace some restrictions to certian users and group though
Local Security Policy, how ever as far as I am awar it is not posible
to inforce certian group policys on certian groups or users. I shall
do some further digging in
