Hello I have bought recently Avast Premium Security. The software contains the anti-ransomware feature that gives you the interesting possibility to lock the sensitive file that you wish to protect from hackers. What do you think about Avast Anti-ransomware efficiency ?

Windows Defender is all I need, and the price is right.
The most important antimalware tool is between the ears.

Hello, Windows defender does not give you the possibility to lock the sensitive files.

Well, it is true the avast free ransomware exits as part of the free avast antivirus but the avast enhanced antiransomware existing in the paid version "Avast Premium Security" comes with other feature such as "AVG Sensitive data Shield " that scans the private documents on and secure them against unauthorized access. And this is, makes the difference.

I agree entirely. And I, too, only use Defender. :thumb:
