AutoText Categories such as Closing or Salutation Not Available

I recently received a new PC and new WORD software. At first I had several
categories of AutoText such as Closing and Salutation available to me. I
then created several of my own AutoText entries. Now I only see the AutoText
entries that I created but not other categories such as Closing and
Salutation. What do I have to do to make the other AutoText categories
available?

Rename normal.dot to oldnormal.dot then use the organizer to copy
customisations - including your autotext entries - from old to the new one
Word will create.
