automating patches -- without user input

Is there a way to completely automate the process of
installing security patches? I would like to schedule and
install patches without having the users having to
click "Next" and "I agree" whenever a new patch comes out.

Is there something similar to an unattended answer file to
installing patches?

Use software Update Services to take control of all windows updates.
It rocks!!
