Hi all,

I'm trying to find a way to automate the task of saving a Microsoft
Outlook calendar as a web-page and wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Ideally I'd like the calendar html updated every hour. At the moment
the only way I can figure is to select the calendar, go to the file
menu, select "save as webpage", enter the start and end date, set the
title, change the filename, untick "open in browser" and then transfer
the htm to the webserver. Obviously doing this every hour is a bit too
much of a workload for my poor underling worker ;)

All bright ideas gratefully received!

I guess I should say that I'm using Outlook 2003, and the Calendar
itself lives as a public folder on an Exchange 2000 server. ;)

Preferably, the automation would be triggered on status change (eg. a
calendar item is removed or added), but I have a feeling that may be a
little more difficult! Be nice if it isn't... Also forgot to mention
that the task should continue to run even if I'm not in the office /
logged it / etc.
