Hello,
I decided that it doesn't make a lot of sense for me to file messages
based on criteria such as "work", "admin", "personal" etc. I work on a
lot of projects, and messages may have a number of different contexts.
Furthermore, I receive TONS of email and don't want to file them
manually.
So I decided that I want to have one folder per person who frequently
sends me email. For these people I would like to have rules that
automatically move all mails from that person to that specific folder
(ideally only after reading the message). If required, I could organize
these folders later on, e.g. to group all colleagues working on a
project under the "project" folder....
It's way to cumbersome to set this up with the rules wizard, also I'd
need a lot of rules... are there any tools out there which would manage
to do what I want? I tried speedfile, but it doesn't work that way.
One more: The best thing would be some software which actually *learns*
which messages I put into which folder, and automatically suggests
these moves...
Thanks!
