Automatically Adjust for Daylight savings time changes

B

Brian D'Altilio

We have some applications that are having issues with the
daylight savings time changes. The files and programs
still think that it is an hour later than it actually is.
If I uncheck the "Automatically Adjust for Daylight
savings time changes" option in the Windows clock on the
Domain Controller:

1. Will it adversely affect Active Directory?
2. Do I have to uncheck this on all other Servers and
computers

Thank you!
Brian

Hi Brian,
Clients and servers other than the time server, in a domain, will update
their clock based on the machine acting as time server.

It would be a good idea to post this question to
microsoft.public.win2000.active_directory to get more detailed information.
