Hi

It would be better to hold the ftp / access in the web (normally use a
sub-site). All work on the DB will be done in access in the normal way and
then published (also in the normal way) using ftp. This way you can be sure
that whenever you publish your access db will be up to date. The reason for
using a sub-site (based within the main) is that this way you will not need
to use the OnLoad event of the ftp and this will speed up users be able to
get into the information.

For an import macro (you don't really need one) ask in the ftp forum.

Hope this helps

SQL Server is MUCH easier to deploy than MDB.

with MDB you can't even control who has the database open on the
destination end.. what are you going to do.. call the ISP and ask them
to shut down the webserver?

ROFL

MDB is obsolete; lose the training wheels you ****ing retards
