I need to create automatic text, but cannot find it in 2007! Help

The term you're looking for is "AutoText". In Word 2007 it's part of the
Quick Parts / Building Blocks feature.

Read the first few articles listed at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/results.aspx?qu=autotext&sc=9&av=ZWD120.
If you're still having trouble getting the feature to work for you, post a
more specific question.

If you refer to AutoText known from the previous versions, look at Insert tab
Text > Quick Parts. Click the icon and you will find a menu from where you
can select “Save Selection to Quick Part Galleryâ€.

For more details, see:

If you refer to AutoCorrect, you will find it here:
Office button > Word Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options button (top of
the dialog box). Click the AutoCorrect tab and you will se the dialog box
known from previous versions of Word.
