Automatic recovery Screen

Everytime Windows XP Home starts the auto recovery screen appears. Click
"Start Normally" and the machine runs OK and shutsdown OK. At next startup
the same procedure is required.

If you run an XP "Upgrade"setup, from the original, or "Gold" version of the
setup CD, and you have SP2 installed, it will go into a setup loop, and you
will lose your install. Uninstall SP2, BEFORE you do a Upgrade setup from CD
(that lacks sp2 on it.)

To add, SP2 is NOT installed. all other critical updates are installed.
The problem did not start after any new installation or update.
